I have always been fascinated with clear skin, flawless color, and unique looks. Having been a teen that struggled with terrible acne and all the self consciousness that came along with it, I learned early the value of great skin care and an even greater concealer! I began my love affair with makeup artistry in college when I took my first part-time job as a "cosmetics girl" with Nordstrom. Most that meet me would never have guessed that I told the HR recruiter there to put me anywhere BUT cosmetics! Needless to say, fate had its way and it's become a wonderful career and artistic outlet.
Beauty, to me, really is more than skin deep. I like to get to know my clients and find out their unique personalities to match their color requests. I simply enhance the outer beauty that's already there. My approach is open and realistic. I want to give my clients the look they desire without transforming them into someone they don't recognize in the mirror.
I love a challenge. With makeup artistry, I get to challenge myself every day and have done so for the past 10 years. I will continue to seek out new techniques and the "latest and greatest" in my industry. I strive to broaden my portfolio with a wide range of styles and levels of expertise. No job is ever out of my reach.
My clients are of utmost importance. Their vision is my ultimate desired result. I commit to working close with them in collaboration for the most gorgeous look for their special occasion.
