At Makeup for Your Day we absolutely love being a part of photo shoots. It is fun to have the opportunity to collaborate on the looks and the styling and to create something new and original. With this shoot we wanted to have 40’s-inspired hair and makeup. Artist and stylist Jen B and Nikki were there to create the beautiful updos and soft makeup looks that the models had for the shoot.
Everything was inspired by the television show Little House on the Prairie characters Laura Ingalls Wilder and her husband Almanzo Wilder. This is what helped form the theme, and ultimately all of the elements of the shoot so that everything came together cohesively.
A special thanks goes out to all of the incredible vendors that helped make this photo shoot such a success! This was such an amazing photo shoot and team to be a part of!
