Picking out the best blush for you can be a little tricky! We’re focusing on cool tones blushes in this blog! When you’re picking out a blush you want to tend to go towards blushes that have the opposite undertone than your skin.
You can either have cool, warm, or neutral undertones. One quick way to figure this out is simply looking at the vein in your wrist. It it looks more blue than you have cooler undertones. If if looks green than you have warm undertones. Now, if it is kind of a mixture of both consider yourself lucky… you can most likely get away with most blushes!
So, if you have warm undertones this will guide you in the right direction as far as which blushes you should go for. If you have cool undertones this will help you determine which colors to stay away from!
Just because you have cool undertones doesn’t mean you have to completely stay away from shades like these, but you should be light handed with them. Same being said with warm undertones.. warm blushes can tend to blend in and make you appear more bronze rather than having blush on.
